My Story
Let's back track a little - A few years ago, I seen a friend of mine looking for a Scentsy Host! I decided to send her a message. I was hosting parties for a few other consultants - I continuously purchased Scentsy, $150-200 every couple months, because I used SO MUCH of it - and always got asked the question "Why don't you join my team?". I quickly would dismiss them.. Little did I know what I was missing!
Let's skip forward to the Summer of 2018 - I was working my seasonal job as a waitress, like I still do, when I noticed one of my cousins opened up her life to opportunity with Scentsy. So, I decided to support her in her Scentsy journey! She asked me to host a party, and I did. All throughout the party, she would bring up beginning my own Journey. I would dismiss, like I did previously. But there was something different about her than the rest.. She didn't take NO for an answer! Every excuse I would give, she would come back with another reason why I should.
September 2018 I finally took the leap into beginning my own Journey! My Why began with earning extra money throughout the winter months when I would be laid off. In February 2019, my spouse & I decided to try to start our own family. April 2019, I got engaged.
My Why instantly changed - We want a home of our own, and a wedding to get ready for! But, the reason I continue this journey isn't only for the material things I can get from this business, but the strangers that turn into friendships, that turn into family!
Scentsy truly gave me a whole new outlook on life - And it truly is the best decision I have ever made!
